Hampton Cove Test

The Hampton Cove Homeowners Association is active and works to maintain aesthetics and property values as well as help the community function smoothly.


The Association hosts a number of social events throughout the year as well as an Annual Meeting of its membership held in the first quarter of the year. A board of volunteer directors govern the Association. The Board of Directors is elected by the community and together with a group of appointed officers oversee the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association. The Board is also responsible for maintaining members’ compliance with the established covenants and restrictions of the community.
